“Trout Electric came to my rescue!!! I had a smoke detector that suddenly began draining batteries. It didn’t give the typical chirp warning. I came home to it blaring like there was a fire on Friday night so I put a new battery in. It went from silent to blaring again while I was asleep on Saturday. Luckily I had extra batteries to shut it up but it wrecked my nerves so badly I couldn’t fall back asleep for 3 hours. I began calling electricians on Sunday morning desperately hoping to find someone to come out because I didn’t want to be startled in the middle of the night like that again! Another company said they would come on Sunday but then cancelled. I tried calling others but since it was Sunday most didn’t answer. Matt answered and said he was pretty booked but could get someone out on Monday. He gave me an estimate over the phone which was much better than what some others were quoting. Mark and Kenny arrived in the time window Matt gave me. They were both very friendly, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond. Mark educated me on how to properly maintain the detectors like spraying them monthly with those cans of air so the sensors continue to work properly. Kenny noticed a missing outlet cover that I misplaced when I painted and replaced it at no extra charge. They also provided a referral for drywall and paint. I can’t say enough good things about them.”
